WEATHER ADVISORY FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM
MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON CST SATURDAY.

* TIMING...LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER THE PANHANDLES
  INTO FAR WESTERN OKLAHOMA BY MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. A FEW BANDS OF
  BRIEF HEAVY SNOW ARE POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY
  MORNING. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF NORTH TO SOUTH AFTER 8 AM SATURDAY
  MORNING.

* MAIN IMPACT...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE TO THREE INCHES ARE
  EXPECTED OVER WEST-CENTRAL AND SOUTHWESTERN PARTS OF OKLAHOMA.

* OTHER IMPACTS...SNOW WILL LIKELY ACCUMULATE ON ROADS AND CREATE
  SLICK AND HAZARDOUS TRAVEL SATURDAY MORNING.
