Air Traffic Report for 2/16/2016
Flying today? Here’s your Air Traffic Outlook. High winds are expected at airports across the Northeast, and may slow flights through New York (JFK, LGA). Freezing precipitation this morning is expected to turn to rain, contributing to delays throughout the day in the Washington, D.C., area (BWI, DCA, IAD). Morning clouds will slow air traffic in Boston (BOS), Charlotte (CLT), Chicago (MDW, ORD), Memphis (MEM) and Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP). High-altitude traffic along the East Coast may be rerouted to avoid thunderstorms.
